Terms of Service

Effective September 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Unipost (the "Service"), a social media scheduling and publishing service operated by Uscore, LLC ("Uscore", "we", "us"), Chicago, Illinois, USA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you're authorized to accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

Unipost lets you plan, schedule, approve and publish content to social media accounts you connect, and view related analytics and messages. Some features depend on each platform's API and approvals, and may change or be unavailable as a result.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the security measures we require, including two-factor authentication. You're responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts.

3. Connected accounts

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, adapt (for example resizing a video for a network) and transmit it only as needed to provide the Service to you. You're responsible for your content. It must be lawful, you must have the rights to it (including music), and you must disclose paid or branded promotion where the platform or law requires.

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the Service or its connected platforms at risk.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give notice before a price change, which takes effect at your next billing period.

7. Third-party platforms

Social networks and other providers are independent of us. We're not responsible for their outages, API or policy changes, or decisions about your accounts or content. Those can limit what the Service can do.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable. When your account ends, connected-account access is revoked and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois.
