Privacy Policy

Unipost is a social media scheduling and publishing service operated by Uscore, LLC ("Uscore", "we", "us"), Chicago, Illinois, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Unipost at app.unipost.uscore.llc (the "Service"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), two-factor authentication settings, your organization, and team members you invite.
• Content you create — brands, captions, images and videos you upload, drafts, schedules, approval comments, link-in-bio pages and hashtag sets.
• Connected social account data — when you connect an account (for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Pinterest), we receive only what that platform shares with your permission, such as the account's name, profile picture and identifier, and, where the platform allows, post performance numbers, comments and messages for your inbox.
• Billing information — your plan and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
• Technical data — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, IP address, and security and activity logs.

How we use information

• To provide the Service: publish and schedule the content you choose to the accounts you connect, show you your calendar, analytics and inbox, and let your team collaborate.
• To keep the Service secure: authentication, two-factor verification, abuse prevention and audit logs.
• To communicate with you about your account, for example approval requests or an account that needs reconnecting.
• If you use the AI caption tools, to generate suggestions: the text and context you provide are sent to our AI provider for that purpose only.
• To bill your subscription.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

TikTok

If you connect a TikTok account, you sign in on TikTok and approve access yourself. We request only the permissions needed to post for you: your basic profile (display name, profile picture and account identifier, used to show which account is connected) and permission to upload and publish the videos you choose.

• We post only the videos you select, with the caption, audience ("who can view"), comment/duet/stitch settings and content disclosure you choose for each post. Nothing is posted without your action, either "post now" or a time you scheduled.
• We do not read other TikTok users' data, and we do not collect your followers, messages or viewing activity from TikTok.
• Your TikTok access tokens are held, encrypted, by our integration service provider (Briskyn LLC), never in your browser.
• You can disconnect at any time by removing the channel in Unipost, which revokes our access at TikTok and deletes the tokens, or from TikTok's own settings.

Other connected platforms

For other networks, posting may go through a social publishing provider acting on our behalf. Connected-account data is used solely to operate the accounts you connected. It is never sold, never used to build profiles of other people, and never shared except with the providers that deliver the Service.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, each bound to protect it and to use it only for that purpose:

• Hosting — our servers and database (Hostinger).
• Social publishing — Briskyn LLC (TikTok) and a social publishing API provider for other networks.
• AI captions — Anthropic, only when you use the AI tools.
• Payments — Stripe.
• Email delivery and website security — our email provider and Cloudflare.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.

Where data is processed

Our servers are located in the European Union (Lithuania). Some of our service providers process data in the United States. We protect data the same way wherever it is processed.

Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic, hash passwords, require two-factor authentication, encrypt third-party access tokens and keys at rest (AES-256-GCM), limit staff access, and keep audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.

Retention and deletion

• Account data and content are kept while your account is active.
• Uploaded media is deleted automatically after 90 days, sooner if you delete it.
• When you remove a connected account, its access tokens are deleted and access is revoked at the platform.
• When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can view and edit your information in the Service, disconnect accounts, delete content, and close your account. You can also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing info@uscore.llc. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, which we honor.

Children

Unipost is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the Service or by email.
